| Any purchased product may be returned for a period of 7 days after the purchase date for a merchandise credit only. No cash or credit refunds. Credit for returned merchandise may be applied to any other merchandise in the store. Only undamaged, unaltered items will be accepted for returns. Merchandise that is not in an acceptable condition to be resold will not be accepted for return. All Pre-Orders and Special Orders are non-returnable. However, books, magazines, and cd's are non-returnable per copyright law. Pre-Order and Special Order instruments must be prepaid in full. Once an instrument Pre-Order or Special Order is placed it is non-cancellable. All Used And Consignment Guitars are sold in an "as is" condition, and all used and consignment sales are final. We ship all instruments insured for the full purchase price, and accept no responsibility for any damage that may occur during shipping and all claims are handled by the freight carrier. Every effort will be made to please every customer within reason. However if you are shipping the instrument back for exchange, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges. We do ship overseas and state by state however any shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. Any overseas shipments may require the customer to pay duty or customs fees. These are also the responsibility of the consumer. ESP/LTD guitars are only sold to customers within the United States We can special order items however payment in full is required up front in order to place a Special Order. Pre Orders also follow the same policy for instruments that are not in stock and ordered from Vendors. If it is cancelled before delivery only a MERCHANDISE credit slip is given for full value of the purchase ONLY. We do live updates on our web site everyday so please call and verify items before ordering if possible, some items may not be available and some pricing may differ and areas may not be stable as we change the site around. Pages are copied and pasted and new items are added so please call for accurate pricing. We will not be liable for any pricing issues while updating the site. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover as well as Paypal as payments WE NO LONGER ACCEPT AMEX AS PAYMENT revised 04/26/06 Shipping Policies We ship All guitars via FEDEX ground unless otherwise requested. Due to the rise in gas prices all shipping companies have raised their delivery rates. The standard price to ship all guitars is now $35.00 depending upon the location in the U.S. We are located in Massachusetts therefore clear across the country to California, the rate may be $40.00. Any instrument shipped outside of the US, ((ESP/LTD), Schecter can't be sold/shipped outside of the US) is subject to a higher rate. USPS is what we chose to use for international shipping however constraints have now been put into place as far as package size and value. While shipping rate is the responsibility of the purchaser, USPS will no longer insure a guitar outside of the US and have given it a maximum insurance value of $175.00. If you so choose to still have us ship you the guitar via USPS, taking into consideration that they take it to begin with, considering the size constraints and non-insured situation, we cannot be responsible if the package is damaged in shipping. IF you choose another method, ie: FEDEX or UPS, buyer pays all shipping charges which will be much higher. |
