Carlino Santa Fe Rio Grande Saddle blanket tan scale leather strap 
This strap evolved out of a plain strap to something encased in a leather cartouche type shape. Leather meeting saddle blanket to me was a cross over between metal and country or western. the strap is super padded by not only the fabric but also two layers of cotton fabric and a center layer of anti stretch material. The face is surrounded by nickel plated 7mm studs and the backing is 5oz garment leather. With two adjustable tails included, this should adjust to any length. It is 3.1 inches wide
